You're seeing this popup because you have recently started a thread without properly recording the team icon before posting. In the graphic below, you can see the selection of team icons in the orange box. Please remember to choose an icon before clicking the 'post message' button.
If your message's topic is regarding the SJHL as a whole, then you can post as is, and the default SJHL icon will appear.
If your message's topic is regarding two or more teams, then choose the most relevant team if possible, and that icon will appear.
Remember that the icon should reflect the topic of the message, not necessarily the team that you cheer for.
The purpose of this system is to easily locate/search through pertinent threads on the thread list page.
