Good for him, says a lot for the skill level coming out of Junior A hockey. I'm still in a bit of shock about it, Turris stands out, no question, but he still seems smallish, not overly physical, and has a bit of an odd stride. Just my thoughts though, maybe still the Terrier fan in me seething over his dismantling of the Terriers on national TV last May!

way to go for him. i remember watching me play on tsn when the terriers were in the finals. he will be a great hockey player in the nhl. my guess is that the blackhawks will draft him.

Well, teams are going to be scared of drafting even high ranked Russian players because of the "no agreement with the IIHF"
A North American player ranked 7th by central scouting will be going top 3 if there are high ranked Russians in there.

3 days till draft time. TSN had a mock draft and they say that Turris will go 1st to go blackhawks. but i think that the blackhawks will pick Kane. But they are 2 good players so it will be a good pick for the blackhawks. What do you guys think?
