I just have to say that Iginla is way better than what people see on t.v. I just got back from the NHL preseason game in Saskatoon and Jerome really impressed. I'd pay money just to see him. He was just amazing. Langkow looked good but Huseluis I thought looked a little out of shape.

Iggy is a machine. I never get tired of watching that guy play. Here is a question for you. How did the D look? Mostly Regehr, Sarich and especially Warrener (did all 3 play). I think he was injured all last year and looked like he might have lost a step.

Reghr and Warrener looked good, Sarich took a couple of needless penalty's but he did have a good fight.

As an Oiler fan I stayed home and watched a re-run of Flipper and am quite sure I enjoyed myself more than watching a Flames game...LOL... :loy:

The game was great. But what impressed me was my son and I went to the morning skate and pretty much every one of the players took the time to stop and sign autographs. The kids were allowed to give the players high fives as they came off and went onto the ice. My son was even fortunate enough to get a stick. It made his day when he was able to talk with Iginla, I think even if we would have missed the game he wouldn't have cared. The Florida players were just as accommodating. Hat's off to all of them.
